Warm Weather Refresher!- Lemonade

Hello followers! Today I want to share with you all a natural twist on a clasic beverage. I live in Texas so winter here does not last long. We have had highs of 80 degrees and lows of only 50 with constant sun shine the past couple of days, so of course people aren’t walking around with warm beverages. After a nice afternoon workout I drink tons of water but by dinner time I just want to unwind with something cool and refreshing so I turn to Dorits Lemonade recipe!I prefer the agave nectar and sometimees I use the spearmint spring and sometimes I don’t it just depends on how I am feeling but it is definatly delicious both ways!

Lemonade (yields 1 serving)

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon rapadura, yacon syrup, or agave nectar
  • 1 spearmint sprig
  • ice (optional)
