Need a Winter Weather Soup?

Hello followers! For many college students like myself school is back in session, parents have returned to work and the little ones are off to school as well! Here is a soup recipe by Dorit that we all can enjoy on those cold Winter days! You will blend the following ingredients until you reach a thick texture, processing for 1 to 2 minutes, then place in a soup tureen. Once in the tureen, place in a dehydrator at 106 to 108 degrees F until warm and enjoy!

Mushroom Soup

  • 1 handful fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of raw truffle oil or hemp oil
  • 1 teaspoon of seeded and chopped red jalapeno chile
